Conductive Silver Ink

TL-AG conductive silver ink is a self-developed product using nanotechnology combined with inkjet printing technology. The product is intended for printing circuit design with the advantage of large area/mass production, low cost of raw materials, low manufacturing engineering and equipment cost. It can be applied to a variety of flexible equipment such as plastic and aluminum foil. TL-AG conductive silver ink has applications on many fields such as RFID, solar cells, touch panel such as conductive circuit. The preparation and application process of the ink can reduce the emissions of harmful substances to environment, so it is an environmentally friendly project.

(1) Substrate: PET, Teslin, coated paper, photographic paper, silicon and other plastics.

(2) Nozzle: EPSON, Konica, XAAR, Spectra.

(3) Resolution:

            30µm*30µm on PET, 50µm *50µm on paper(using Dimatix printer).

            20µm*20µm on PET（using samba printer）

(4) Curing method:

                 TL-INK10：Laser pulse(Xenonor) or photon curing.

             TL-INK100: thermocuring with 130-150℃, 60-40 min.

             TL-INK30-50: thermocuring with 130-150℃, 30 min.

(5) System security:

      The solvent of the conductive silver ink is water, which do not contain benzene, is an environmental non-toxic product.

″    This product is in vacuum packing and stored at 0-15oC, away from light, and used up in one week after opening.

″    Stir fully before using (advising 5-10 min by mechanical stirring), stirring rate 500RPM.
